AI agents for maintenance and asset management

I design and build in-house AI agents for industrial companies: agents that speak the language of maintenance, work on the company's own data and always leave the final call to an engineer.

Enterprise engagements are scoped through my Senior Presales Consultant role, with pilot objectives and technical responsibilities agreed before delivery.

  1. Root cause analysis assistant

    Pulls the failure history together, builds the 5 Whys and fishbone, and proposes actions for an engineer to review and approve.

  2. MRO material data cleansing

    Standardises material descriptions, finds duplicate codes and suggests classes before loading into the EAM.

  3. Maintenance KPI reporting

    Reads CMMS/EAM data, computes MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance and backlog, and drafts the commentary for the periodic report.

  4. Maintenance planning assistant

    Drafts job plans and PM checklists from equipment records, OEM recommendations and work history.

  5. Q&A over internal procedures

    Answers engineers' and operators' questions with citations to the company's own procedures and standards.
