Four stages. One loop.

Every engagement moves through the same four beats. Each handoff produces an artefact; each loop tightens reliability by a measurable increment.

I grew up inside the machine.

Started in 2014 as a spool-gen coordinator at the Nghi Son refinery build-out. I grew up inside the machine — piping, commissioning, handover, then reliability, then the data layer that sits over all of it. That arc is why the work is sharp: I know what the gauge is reading before I know what the query returns. Mechanical engineer by degree, data engineer by practice, consultant by choice.
